Eligibility Information
If you are on active duty today, anywhere in the World, or have served during any eligible war eras, you are a veteran and you're eligible to become a Legionnaire.
Membership brings an array of benefits, and is always there for you and your family--in Washington DC and nearly 15,000 local Posts throughout America and abroad.
Eligibility Dates
April 6, 1917 - November 11, 1918 (World War 1)
December 7, 1941 - August 15, 1945 Merchant Marines (only eligibility)
December 7, 1941 - December 31, 1946 (World War 2)
June 25, 1950 - January 31, 1955 (Korean War)
February 28, 1961 - May 7, 1975 (Vietnam War)
August 24, 1982 - July 31, 1984 (Grenada/Lebanon)
December 20, 1989 - January 31, 1990 (Panama)
August 2, 1999 to cessation of hostilities (Persian Gulf)
Dues are Due!!
Dues are $35.00 per year for everyone.
Remember.....if you pay your dues before October 7, 2008, you will be entered into the P.U.F.L. membership drawing. There are already 100 members who have paid.
